Paulami is an experienced Consultant, Speaker, Trainer, Facilitator who has transformed organizations globally. Adopting an approach focused on human interaction she has developed Interns, Early Talents, Analysts, Managers, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, Directors.
 

She leads her delegates towards self-understanding, self-healing and self-leading thereby equipping them to influence others, break silos and lead transformative change with an Enterprise Vision. She is detail- oriented while working on her designs, hence her delivery style is customized based on audience. For over 2 decades, a spokesperson who upholds diversity, equity and inclusion. Earlier, she was employed with Organisations such as GE, Citi and Barclays Bank in various functions such as Operations, Compliance and Controls, Network Management, Trainings  and Communications.
